TECHNICAL SUPPORT, FIELD QUALITY & REINFORCED ASSISTANCE (WIRING HARNESS)
We are looking for a Reinforced Assistance Quality Specialist – WIRING HARNESS with strong technical expertise, advanced diagnostic capabilities, and a proactive mindset, capable of supporting AfterSales teams in optimizing field interventions.
The candidate will be part of a cross-functional Reinforced Assistance framework, acting as a technical bridge between Engineering and AfterSales, with the mission to improve repair effectiveness, reduce Wiring Harness replacements, and accelerate customer issue resolution.
The role will focus on providing advanced technical support on Wiring Harness systems, enabling more efficient repair strategies and contributing to warranty cost reduction and enhanced customer satisfaction.
The main mission of the role is to support the diagnosis and repair of Wiring Harness issues in the field, promoting repair-over-replacement approaches and ensuring fast and effective problem resolution.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Provide advanced technical support to AfterSales teams on Wiring Harness-related issues, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective repair strategies.
- Promote repair-oriented solutions (e.g. localized harness repair) to avoid unnecessary component replacement, reducing warranty costs and improving intervention lead time.
- Analyze field issues and failure modes, identifying recurring patterns and supporting root cause understanding in collaboration with Engineering.
- Support the definition and optimization of repair procedures, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and applicable in real service conditions.
- Act as interface between Engineering and AfterSales, ensuring fast technical clarification and alignment on issue resolution strategies.
- Contribute to the development of technical guidelines and best practices for Wiring Harness repair in the field.
- Support complex and critical cases, providing deep dive analysis and technical direction to accelerate issue closure.
- Ensure effective communication across EMEA AfterSales network, providing clear and structured technical feedback in English.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of diagnosis and repair processes, enhancing network capability and first-time fix rate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong technical knowledge of Wiring Harness systems (architecture, components, failure modes)
- Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills in field quality or engineering environments
- Experience in AfterSales, Field Quality, or Technical Support is considered a strong plus
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into practical repair solutions
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mindset and ability to work on real field issues
