To support an important international growth plan and strengthen its presence in high-potential markets, we are looking for an **International Business Developer** who will actively contribute to the commercial development of the brand in international markets, with a particular focus on the Luxury Spa & Resort, Beauty, Fitness, and Wellness segments.
You will join an Italian company that is internationally recognised for innovation, quality, and its ability to develop high value-added solutions for the professional market. The company is investing in an ambitious global expansion strategy and considers the strengthening of its international distribution network to be one of its key growth drivers for the coming years.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play an operational role in developing the international distribution network, opening new markets, and strengthening business relationships with the company's strategic partners.
The primary objective of the role is to contribute directly to the expansion of the brand's international presence by identifying new distributors, developing new partnerships, and driving business growth in the assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and develop new distributors and business partners in the assigned international markets.- Contribute to the opening of new markets and the development of new business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, supporting their growth and the achievement of shared objectives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements in line with company guidelines and strategies defined by Management.
- Monitor distributor performance and propose result-oriented improvement actions.
- Analyse market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics, providing insights to support business development.
- Attend international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, representing the brand and building new professional relationships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on commercial support activities within the assigned geographical areas.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy in developing the assigned markets (EMEA) and generating new business opportunities.
The Profile We Are Looking For
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.- Proven experience in international business development and the management of distribution networks.
- Background in the Spa & Resort, Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, Medical Aesthetics, or Fitness sectors, with a focus on the luxury segment.
- Excellent command of English (C1) and Chinese (C1); proficiency in a third language (B2) will be considered a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to turn business opportunities into tangible results.
