What you’ll do
Own and drive workplace and facilities operations across OverIT sites in Italy, coordinating with international offices (UK, US)
Own and manage workplace-related budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and financial control
Manage vendor relationships end-to-end, including scouting, selection, contract negotiation and renewal, and performance monitoring
Plan and execute internal events and company initiatives, ensuring high quality and strong impact on employee engagement
Partner closely with HR to support onboarding and enhance the overall employee experience from a workplace perspective
Continuously improve workplace processes and operations through structured analysis and pragmatic, solution-oriented actions
