The position offers a permanent contract, and the minimum gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €29,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual skills development budget of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
