A leading multinational company specializing in high-tech automated solutions (Intralogistics and Advanced Robotics), headquartered in the province of Modena. As part of the expansion of our Engineering department, we are seeking a System Engineer to act as a bridge between the requirements of major industrial players and the technical development of our customized solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of the company's complex systems. The primary challenge will be to design the overall system architecture, orchestrating synergy between mechanical, electronic, and software components to ensure high performance while strictly adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Main Responsabilities

Translate customers' operational needs into functional technical specifications and system architectures.

Coordinate with Mechanical and Automation teams to optimize technical interfaces and ensure the fluidity of logistics flows.

Support the Sale epartment in developing "In-Plant" concepts, validating the technical feasibility of tailored solutions.

Actively participate in FAT/SAT (Factory/Site Acceptance Testing) and commissioning at customer sites.

Conduct technical cost analysis to support the creation of precise and competitive commercial proposals.

Supervise the production of technical documentation related to managed projects.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Promote continuous innovation by identifying optimization opportunities for existing systems.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or equivalent).

Solid knowledge of industrial automation technologies.

Ability to analyze electrical and mechanical schematics and control logic.

Proven experience in systems integration and technical management of complex projects.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Willingness to travel for short-term assignments.

Location: Province of Modena
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 (commensurate with seniority and experience)
