Job Title: Financial & Planning Analyst
Location: Support Office - Cernusco sul Naviglio
Reports to: Head of Financial Planning Southern Europe
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented Financial & Planning Analyst to support our Financial Analysis function. In this role, you’ll work closely with the SE Head of F&P and the Finance Department to ensure the delivery of strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Southern Europe region. Your analysis and insights will help optimize decision-making on key strategic investments and ensure the accuracy and clarity of financial information across departments. Additionally, you’ll contribute to refining KPIs and exploring new analyses to boost business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the SE Head of F&P and the Finance Department to deliver core financial reports and analyses, including:
- Monthly Rolling Projections, Budgets, and Corporate Plans: coordinate closely with other departments and regions
- Monthly Business Reviews: Analyze performance vs. targets to inform management decisions
- Weekly Results & Monthly Projections
- Support requests from Group FP&A and provide meaningful reports across business areas
- Conduct robust analyses to guide senior management in making sound investment decisions
- Lead projects to improve reporting, analysis quality, and process efficiency, leveraging technology in collaboration with IT
Requirements:
- Education in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is a plus

Minimum 1 year experience in an Analytical/Financial position
- High level of English and Italian
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
