Kaak Ovens & Proofers, part of the Dutch group Royal Kaak, is a company specializing in the design and production of high-end ovens and proofing systems for industrial baking. For our headquarters in Ala (TN), we are seeking a Service Engineer to join our After Sales Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of After Sales . This search is directed at professionals in the Service sector who wish to consolidate their careers within a growing international context.
Jouw uitdaging
- Customer Care: Managing technical assistance, always prioritizing customer needs to ensure maximum satisfaction .
- Troubleshooting and Support: Resolving complex issues related to both product and process, communicating with customers clearly and promptly .
- Project Management: Planning and monitoring service orders (maintenance, retrofits, upgrades) and handling the operational coordination of internal and external personnel.
- Business Development: Preparing commercial offers and technical proposals for clients.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Education: Degree in a technical field
- Experience: At least 5 years of prior experience within the industrial sector in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Preferred technical knowledge in the field of industrial machinery.
- Foreign Languages: Excellent command of the English language.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong team player attitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
- In compliance with the pay transparency legislative decrees, the company adopts objective and gender-neutral selection criteria.
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time contract
- Applicable Collective Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanico Industria (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Engineering and Metalworking Industry)
- Compensation: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging between €45,000.00 and €55,000.00, defined based on objective parameters and commensurate with the experience acquired.
