About the Role
Ecosoft Italia is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager to develop and strengthen our sales presence in the Italian market.
The role will focus on building and managing a strong network of distributors, dealers, installers, partners and B2B customers across Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, promoting Ecosoft’s water treatment solutions and supporting long-term commercial growth in the region.
This position is ideal for a sales professional with strong experience in B2B sales, distributor or dealer development, and technical products. Experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment or engineering solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop Ecosoft Italia’s business presence in the Italian market.
· Identify and attract new distributors, dealers, installers, partners and B2B customers.
· Build, manage and grow a strong sales pipeline.
· Promote and sell Ecosoft’s water treatment products and solutions.
· Develop long-term cooperation with customers and business partners.
· Grow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
· Prepare commercial offers, quotations and contracts.
· Negotiate pricing, cooperation terms and delivery conditions.
· Collect market feedback and monitor competitors, customer needs and market trends.
· Represent Ecosoft Italia at customer meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
· Work closely with technical, logistics, customer service and marketing teams.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
What We Are Looking For
· Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or distributor sales.
· Experience working with distributors, dealers, installers or business partners.
· Experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment, engineering solutions or other technical products will be considered a strong advantage.
· Good understanding of the Italian B2B market.
· Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
· Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
· Willingness to travel across Italy for customer meetings, partner visits and trade fairs.
· Fluent Italian is required.
· Good English is required for communication with the international team.
· Driving licence is required.

· Compensation - The gross annual salary / RAL for this role is expected to be within the range of €55,000 – €75,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience, seniority and professional background.
The compensation package also includes a performance-based commission plan, reviewed annually with the manager.
The actual salary offered will be determined based on several factors, including internal pay equity, market benchmarks, role responsibilities, experience, skills and overall fit for the position.
