During your time in
Sales, you will work in close partnership with Field Key Account colleagues, building a strong understanding of customer dynamics within the modern trade channel. You will ensure the execution of commercial agreements, monitor in-store implementation, and gather valuable insights on assortment, visibility, competitors, and shopper behavior.
Once you transition to your destination role, you will contribute to key commercial functions such as:
- Trade & Shopper Marketing: transforming field insights into strategic and tactical initiatives that drive growth across customers and the modern trade channel. You will support the definition of promotional strategies, customer activation plans, and category development initiatives. Working closely with Sales and Key Accounts, you will analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and identify opportunities to optimize assortment, pricing, and in-store execution.
- Marketing: contributing to the development of brand strategies with a strong focus on consumer and channel understanding. You will support integrated communication plans, product launches, and innovation projects, ensuring consistency between brand positioning and commercial execution. By leveraging market data and consumer insights, you will help shape initiatives that strengthen brand equity and drive long-term growth across key retail channels.
