Engineering Operations & Program Management Support
Job location: Turin area
Salary range: 28000 E - 32000 E
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring of activities and Eng Ops deliverables
- Project planning alignment and update
- Periodic Program budgeting report preparation
- Monitoring Actuals vs Quotations
- Module Leaders, System Engineers & Sub-Section Managers Coordination for planning purpose
Work Experience
- MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar
- Coordination skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with organizational goals
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program budgeting, highlighting key areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Advanced in MS Suite, especially in Excel with the ability to develop macros and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in data analysis.
Due to the nature of work, candidates should be Italian Citizen
