As a Sales Representative at Becton Dickinson Italia S.p.A., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory, promoting our innovative medical technology products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers and end-users.
Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
Provide technical support and clinical education to customers on product usage and applications.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and customer service.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing).
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of the Italian healthcare market and its regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customer profiles.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate must e located in Lazio, with availability to travel to bordering regions.
The salary range for this role is 40k to 50k.
