Overview:
You will act as an ambassador for the brand in our Milan Rinascente corner. Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our on-brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.
Your Mission:

Provide excellent service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.

To know and achieve your, and the store's daily, monthly and annual sales targets.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques, for example cross selling, to drive your sales and KPI's.

Ensure that all Stella clients receive a unique and luxury in-store experience, satisfaction in line with company values and the “Style it like Stella” selling method.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand and manage their needs, exceeding their expectations.

Maintain an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware.

Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.

Proactively manage and develop CRM activities alongside your personal client portfolio.

Achieve a score of at least 90% in any mystery shop report in which you are the primary Client Style Advisor.

Understand all policies, procedures and compliance.

Presentation must be in line with company's uniform and grooming standards.

Act as a Brand Ambassador by maintaining a proactive attitude, actively participating and cooperating with the team, and showing pride in your work.

Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.

To replenish stock and maintain high standards of VM in store, aligned with company guidelines.

Support the store with cycle counts and during the annual inventories.

Support with the processing of shipments and transfers, in line with the relevant procedures.

Additional ad hoc duties as when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Client Style Advisor role.

Your Talent:
-
Excellent communication skills. English and Italian knowledge is a requirement, other languages are helpful (Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, French, Arabic)

Sales Experience ideally within a luxury brand and/or outlet retail
-
Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.

Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment

Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively

Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal

Strong Clienteling skills and experience
Salary: € 25.000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL).
