A Customer Service Representative (Addetto/a al Servizio Clienti) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers through phone, email, chat, or in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to provide seamless customer support.
- Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality targets.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian; knowledge of English or additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
