The Long-Term Service Agreements are a cornerstone of the Baker Hughes strategy to provide a mutually beneficial superior Customer service ensuring stable and profitable business growth. The Customer Application Engineer is a key role in the Commercial Service organization being responsible for defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of the LTSAs proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyze technical specifications from Customers, defining and preparing the service Scope of Work, ensuring accurate cost control, and managing technical risks.
Estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies, collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals, and support negotiations with customers on technical aspects.
Work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in the strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 36,000 To 49,500. The provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Energia e Petrolio will be applied to this position. Art. 32 and Art. 34 of that collective bargaining agreement relate to pay
