TXT e-Tech is looking for an Avionic Test Engineer. In the Aerospace & Aviation division, more specifically in the area of avionic systems integration, professional positions are sought for systems activities, avionic integration and testing.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced staff, participating in laboratory activities and contributing to the understanding and verification of avionics system requirements. In addition, they will be responsible for developing and executing test procedures and sequences on low- and high-level code based on system specifications and requirements, and will participate in the activities necessary to obtain device certification.
Main responsibilities:
Support the analysis of system requirements, contributing to the understanding of their consistency and testability;
Collaborate on the drafting and updating of Avionics Integration Test Procedures;
Participate in avionics integration activities during dry run and laboratory test phases;
Support the execution of tests and the collection of related results;
Contribute to the analysis of anomalies encountered during testing activities, assisting the team in their reproduction and resolution;
Support the production of documentation required for the qualification process.
Required skills:
Knowledge of the basic principles of requirements engineering and the software/system lifecycle;
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar);
Knowledge of the fundamental principles of software/system testing;
Good command of the English language.
Optional skills:
Familiarity with laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generators);
Introductory knowledge of avionics protocols (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, Serial);
University laboratory experience or experience with integration/testing projects.
Required Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Computer Engineering.

The salary range for this position is between EUR 25.000 € and EUR 30.000 € gross per year.
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement
