POSITION
The successful candidate will join our sales team and contribute to delivering a high-level shopping experience while supporting the activities of our stores.
We are looking for someone who can represent the values of COI Florence with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
RESPONSABILITIES
· The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· welcoming and assisting customers throughout every stage of the sales process;
· providing personalized advice in the selection of jewelry;
· ensuring an outstanding level of service for both Italian and international customers;
· maintaining the presentation and display of products;
· handling cash register operations;
· supporting inventory and stock management activities;
· collaborating with the team to achieve sales objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Requirements
· Previous experience in sales or retail.
· Excellent command of the English language (C1/C2 level).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-oriented attitude.
· Precision and attention to detail.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Availability to work on weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector.
· Experience in online order management and customer care.
· Knowledge of a second foreign language.
