- Degree in food technology/Chemist/Food engineering or related fields;
- 10 years’ experience in food products and processes, preferably in confectionary;
- Experience in a global/multisite manufacturing environment is highly desirable;
- Strong Technological knowledge in confectionary area;
- Good knowledge in product formulation and raw materials and processes;
- Very good understanding of projects from start to finish and with different area of application;
- Keen ability to pay attention to details at every step of the project;
- Ability to present complex information to team and different audiences;
- Strong organizational and managerial skills;
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, complete tasks to deadlines and support assigned staff in doing the same;
- Ability to strategically work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders;
- Strong Project management skills;
- Available to travel abroad (approx 40% of the time) when requested.
