About the Role
Syngenta Biologicals is growing fast - and so is the complexity of supporting our people across a global footprint. We're looking for a C&B and HR Operations Specialist to join our team and play a hands-on role across Italy, India, China, Norway, and Colombia.
You'll work at the heart of a business in transformation, contributing to performance cycles, compensation processes, and data analytics. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in the LEM (Legal Entity Merge) - a hands-on, career-defining experience where you'll directly shape how people processes are built from the ground up in our Biologicals business.
What You'll Do
Support the C&B and HR Operations workstream of the LEM, including harmonizations, process design, and operational workarounds
Lead and support the Global Performance Management Cycle - from system configuration and launch through to evaluation and variable pay calculation
Manage the Compensation Cycle end-to-end: system setup, process support, and dedicated analytics
Deliver C&B and labour data analytics to support fair pay principles, including a focused contribution to EU Pay Transparency Directive (PTD) compliance
Partner with HR and business stakeholders across multiple geographies and legal entities
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills

Background in C&B, HR Operations, or HRIS, with at least 3–5 years of experience in compensation cycles, performance management, and data analytics. Experience with multi-country or multi-entity environments is a plus.

Proficiency with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms

Strong data and analytical skills - comfortable working with numbers, building reports, and drawing conclusions from complex datasets

Ability to harmonize processes across different entities and design simple, scalable solutions

Business-oriented mindset: you understand the "why" behind the process

Fluency in both Italian and English is required

Compensation
Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €40,000 – €52,000, assessed based on experience
