Europe Wedding Destinations is a luxury destination wedding planning company based in Italy. Since 2005, we have planned exclusive weddings for couples from the United States and the United Kingdom across Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Puglia, and Sicily.
The role
We are looking for a remote Sales Setter. Your job: reach out to warm leads via DM and email, qualify them with a short triage call, and book discovery meetings with our sales team.
You are the first human voice our potential clients hear. That makes you critical.
What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound conversations on Instagram DM and email
- Conduct short qualification calls (triage) in English with US and UK leads
- Identify the right profile and book discovery calls with the sales team
- Track results and keep the CRM up to date
- Work within provided scripts and frameworks, adapting tone to each lead
What we are looking for
- Fluent English C1/C2 — nearly all communication is in English
- Experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles with a commercial component
- A natural, warm voice — you do not sound like you are reading from a script
- Full autonomy working remotely — no one checks in on you every day
- Results orientation — you think in booked calls, not hours worked
- Genuine interest in the wedding or luxury lifestyle industry
What this role is not
- Not a creative or event planning role
- Not a closing role — you are not selling the final package
- Not suitable for someone who needs external motivation to perform
- Not suitable for someone who gives up at the first silence or rejection
