We are looking for a passionate, service-driven, and highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and coordinating the restaurant team in alignment with Reschio's philosophy, service standards and operational procedures. Main responsibilities

Lead by example through active involvement in daily lunch and dinner service, maintaining a hands-on and proactive presence on the floor.

Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations, supporting the management of VIP guests and special requests in coordination with the Restaurant Manager.

Supervise, support, motivate and train the restaurant team, assisting the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, onboarding of new team members, and ongoing performance feedback.

Act as a point of reference for the team during service, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making in the Restaurant Manager's absence.

Coordinate smooth communication and collaboration between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams, in line with Reschio procedures.

Handle guest feedback, requests, and special requirements with professionalism, discretion, and care, reporting recurring issues or improvement opportunities to the Restaurant Manager.

Oversee the organization and cleanliness of restaurant, café, storage, and back-office areas, ensuring all materials and menus are impeccably maintained.

Ensure accurate and detailed shift handovers to guarantee operational continuity and service excellence.

Build and maintain professional, respectful, and ethical relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.

Ensure full compliance with HACCP regulations and the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Skills and competencies required

At least 4 years previous experience in the same role in a luxury and structured environment;

Excellent communication skills and active listening;

Strong ability to motivate and guide the team in a positive and collaborative manner;

Excellent guest services and interpersonal skills;

Problem solving and analytical thinking;

Be a team player with a hands-on approach;

Fluent in English and Italian;

Be confident in the daily use of IT software and programme PMS.
Compensation & Pay Transparency
Employment Type: Seasonal employment (CCNL Turismo – Level 2).
Salary Range: €35,000– €38,000.
The advertised salary range reflects Reschio's assessment of the expected remuneration for this position.
Individual offers within the stated range will be determined through the consistent application of objective, documented and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, specialist expertise and the level of responsibility associated with the role.
