IT Process Specialist:
TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Software Asset Management Specialist (System Integrator) to join an important customer project.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the company's software assets and licensing portfolio, ensuring the proper governance of the entire software asset lifecycle. The role includes monitoring software licenses, supporting end users, managing relationships with software vendors, and performing software installation, updates, access management and system administration activities.
Main responsibilities:
Support the Software Asset Management Manager during the periodic software and hardware requirements collection process
Manage the lifecycle of application logs
Monitor and track the progress of the Software Asset Management process using dedicated tools
Provide operational support for incident management, software downloads and license installations
Administer and manage License Servers
Monitor software license usage and prepare reports to optimize software asset utilization
Manage user and device access permissions
Support end users by liaising with software vendors to resolve technical issues
Perform software installation, updates, access control activities and log analysis
Required technical skills:
Experience in Software Asset Management processes and software license lifecycle management
Knowledge of the main software licensing technologies and platforms, including: Cisco, MathWorks, Ansys, Microsoft, Autodesk, Dynatrace, Minitab, Broadcom, MindManager, Red Hat , PrimX,Oracle, Snow, USU, SUSE
Education:
Technical diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in:

What We Offer
The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 40.000 € and EUR 43.000 € gross per year.
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement
