We are looking for a Publisher Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Milan. In this role, you will manage and grow strategic partnerships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and premium media partners for a portfolio of international luxury and premium fashion brands.
You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing commercial performance through data-driven partnership strategies and strong relationship management.
What you'll do:
Manage and optimise affiliate, influencer, and publisher partnerships to drive traffic, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with affiliates, content creators, editorial publishers, and premium media partners.
Monitor campaign performance across affiliate, influencer, and publisher channels, providing regular reporting and identifying optimisation opportunities to maximise ROI and brand positioning.
Negotiate commercial agreements, premium placements, and media opportunities with publishers and strategic partners.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Performance Marketing, Account Management, and Creative, to coordinate campaign launches and maximise partnership performance.
Identify new partnership opportunities and proactively contribute to the growth of the publisher and affiliate ecosystem.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging publishers, and partnership technologies to continuously improve campaign strategies.
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher partnerships, digital media, or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Partnerize, impact.com, Awin, or similar partnership management tools.
Experience managing editorial partnerships, display reservation campaigns, and premium publisher relationships is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken). Italian will be considered a plus.
Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and the luxury and fashion industry.
