NXP is building new teams in Catania to create high impact microcontrollers (MCU) as part of NXP’s intelligent AI at the Edge. This team will include a wide range of engineering talent from analog to SOC digital design. Full product development local will product world class products at a world class pace.
This team will include all key engineering disciplines in Design, Architecture, Verification, DfT and Physical Design to produce high performance and quality products.
We are now hiring for Analog designer s , experts, junior and senior to join the team.
O wnership for the implementation, simulation, layout, and validation of analog designs for microcontrollers (MCUs). Th ese designs could be full IP’s or subsystem IP including data converters (ADC, DAC), clock generators ( crystal oscillators , free running oscillators, PLL) or any other miscellaneous analog or mixed signal IP that adds value to NXP MCUs products.
Realization of analog circuits including leading design reviews, creating documentation of designs and support of productization as needed (production test, life test, etc ).
Experience with one more more of these IP areas: ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillators, References, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, filters
Experience creating and using behavorial models is a plus (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C or equivalent)

As of the date of this posting, the estimated gross annual base salary range for this position in Italy is between 38,000 € and 52,300 € annually. This range is intended as a guideline. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, and specific business or organizational needs.
This position falls under the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (Metalmeccanica Industria).
Where relevant, the total compensation package may also include additional elements such as annual incentive opportunities and/or equity, along with a competitive benefits package.
