The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, it may propose a final RAL higher than the level mentioned above. In accordance with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skills development, and an annual welfare credit.
