The CRM & Data Manager is a strategic, consumer-centric manager responsible for driving the digital transformation of our first-party data (1PD) and marketing automation roadmap across the Southern Europe Hub (Italy, Spain, Greece, and Portugal). This role connects advanced consumer data management with lifecycle marketing to boost lead generation, consumer nurturing, and personalized experiences that accelerate business growth across our brand portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Southern Europe Hub Digital leadership team, you will serve as the strategic architect of our CRM philosophy. You will partner closely with marketing, commercial, media, and European divisional teams to embed a data-driven CRM culture, establishing consumer data as a core foundation for revenue growth and long-term brand equity.
Define, design, and deliver effective multi-channel CRM marketing programs, strategies, and roadmaps across the Southern Europe Hub.
Establish advanced segmentation and targeting frameworks to deliver hyper-personalized consumer experiences and services at scale.
Lead the digital transition of CRM activations channels, connecting touchpoints seamlessly throughout the consumer journey.
Develop tailored CRM strategies for multiple brands at varying stages of digital maturity, balancing operational efficiency with high-impact personalization.
Benchmark regional competition and industry trends to continuously recommend and inject best-in-class CRM practices into the organization.
Drive regional governance on first-party data (1PD) collection, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality, compliant consumer data.
Design and deploy automated lifecycle marketing streams (lead generation, nurturing, and retention programs) to maximize consumer lifetime value.
Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Media, Digital/eCommerce, Sales, to deliver a unified customer experience.
Clean Room and Data Activation: Lead the integration and activation of first-party consumer databases within retailer and media partners clean rooms (such as Amazon Marketing Cloud) to power highly targeted, privacy-compliant marketing campaigns.
Leverage advanced analytical skills to systematically track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
Oversee the technical health and quality of data pipelines, managing basic coding/querying requirements to ensure clean database segmentation.
Inspire and influence cross-functional marketing and business teams through capability-building, acting as the primary advocate for a mature CRM culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
4-6+ years of experience in a CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Data Marketing role within a fast-paced commercial environment.
CRM Strategy & Execution: Proven track record in setting multi-channel CRM strategies, developing targeted marketing content, and setting up automated lifecycle email/SMS programs.
Data & Personalization Depth: Deep understanding of consumer lifecycle management, database segmentation, and personalization tactics at scale.
Knowledge of enterprise-level Marketing Cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, …) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
Analytical & Technical Fluency: Excellent analytical skills with a strong comfort using data to guide decisions.
Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management & Drive: proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, take proactive ownership, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder & Change Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to network effectively, build trustful relationships, and drive digital transformation in a matrix structure.
Learning Agility: Open, curious, and self-motivated learner who actively supports the development of an organizational learning culture.
Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and Italian is required. Spanish is considered a plus.
Experience in a consumer-facing industry, either brand-side or at a digital agency.
Data Clean Rooms: Experience using data clean rooms (such as Amazon Marketing Cloud and retailer platforms) to securely match and activate first-party consumer data.
Experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript, and data query languages (e.g., MySQL/SQL) is preferred.
Expected Gross Annual Salary Range: €60,000 €70,000 gross per year
This position is offered under a permanent employment contract.
The role is governed by the applicable Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CCNL”) Chemical Industry], including the relevant job classification and economic provisions applicable to the position.
The initial compensation within the above range will be determined on the basis of objective, transparent and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, scope of responsibilities, role requirements, location, applicable CCNL classification and internal company policies.
Subject to role eligibility and applicable company policy, employees may also be eligible to participate in variable compensation programs tied to company and/or individual performance, including an annual target bonus opportunity.

Hybrid Working Policy: In accordance with company policy, employees are expected to work 4 days per week from the office (Monday-Thursday).
