As part of the Transfer Pricing team, you will support the Group Transfer Pricing function in the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s transfer pricing policies. The role involves analyzing the financial performance of group companies, reviewing and assessing intercompany transactions, and supporting the definition of intercompany chargebacks, such as royalties and management fees. You will also contribute to transfer pricing compliance and tax-related projects, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), tax benefit analyses, and corporate reorganizations, while preparing and maintaining intercompany agreements and related documentation.
Job Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of the Group’s transfer pricing policies and framework
Analyze the financial performance of Group entities to support transfer pricing assessments and decision-making
Contribute to the evaluation and design of intercompany chargeback mechanisms, including royalties and management fees
Review and monitor intercompany transactions to ensure alignment with transfer pricing principles
Assist in strategic transfer pricing projects, including APA processes, tax incentive analyses, and corporate reorganizations
Draft and maintain intercompany agreements and related transfer pricing documentation
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Economics or another relevant discipline
Minimum 2-years experience on Transfer Pricing activities gained in a Big 4 or comparable consulting companies or corporate organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work at a fast pace
Fluent in English
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 31.000 € and 46.000 €. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
