Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with at least 5 years of strong experience in .NET to contribute to the evolution of our products, enhance team productivity, and support the coordination of junior resources.

Work place: Rome

We offer: Permanent employment contract with a gross annual salary ranging from €42,000 to €50,000.

Responsibilities

Design and develop web applications based on distributed architectures and microservices
Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective, sustainable technical solutions
Participate in architectural decision-making, contributing to the overall quality of the codebase
Provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and autonomy
Work within cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Requirements

10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years on a C# / .NET Core / .NET 6+ stack
In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET Core, REST Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core
Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ArangoDB, Neo4J)
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Hands-on experience in DevOps contexts: containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Strong proficiency in Git and code review processes
Knowledge of architectural patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture
Experience in the technical coordination of other developers
A proactive mindset in understanding business needs and proposing high-value solutions

Nice to have

Knowledge of React for frontend development
Experience with Python and leading AI-oriented libraries
