Technical Trainer & Software Support Specialist – CAD/CAE (IGE‑XAO / ETAP)

This role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support. You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‑XAO/ETAP CAD‑CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‑quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit.
- Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
- Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
- Assist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
- Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
- Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Willingness to work on‑site full time in Bergamo.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with IGE‑XAO or ETAP products.
- Strong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset.
- Curiosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.
