The Network Security team is responsible for supporting the security, monitoring, and operational management of the company's network infrastructure, working closely with various technical teams to ensure service reliability, operational continuity, and security.
As a Security Network Operator, you will contribute to the monitoring, management, and protection of network and security infrastructures, supporting daily operations and helping ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical services.
You will collaborate with Security Architecture, Core Network, and Operations teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of networking and cybersecurity technologies within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monitoring and management of network and security infrastructures
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving networking and cybersecurity-related issues
- Participate in the configuration and management of network and security devices
- Support security event monitoring and network performance activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure operational continuity and service quality
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of networking and cybersecurity processes
Qualifications and Experience
- ITS Diploma, Technical High School Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in networking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewalls)
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
- Problem-solving mindset and teamwork attitude
- Good communication skills
- English language knowledge will be considered a plus

In compliance with applicable pay transparency legislation, we provide the following information regarding the initial remuneration envisaged for this position.
The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).
The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
