Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that support business processes and enhance customer relationship management capabilities across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams, the role translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery, seamless system integration, and continuous improvement of CRM applications.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the CRM application lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, providing technical expertise and recommendations.

Design and implement CRM integrations with enterprise applications through web applications, Web APIs, console applications, and Windows services.

Configure and customize standard CRM functionalities, including workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports.

Develop dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Support the design of conceptual architectures and technical solutions aligned with organizational standards.

Ensure software quality through unit testing, defect resolution, and support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.

Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities and business processes.

Produce and maintain technical documentation, including source code documentation, technical specifications, and testing results.

Contribute to automated testing activities, developing technical and functional test automation where appropriate.
Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI integrated with Dynamics 365 CRM.

Proficiency in ASP.NET C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other web technologies.

Experience designing and implementing integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise systems.

Understanding of CRM solution architecture, customization, and extension best practices.

Experience supporting software testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.

Knowledge of software development methodologies, preferably Agile and Scrum.

Experience with automated testing tools such as Appium and JMeter is considered an advantage.

Knowledge of Customer Service processes and the shipping industry is considered a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of written and spoken English.

The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).
The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
