The Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, marketplaces, email marketing, and organic search.
You will manage digital media investments, coordinate external agencies, and ensure that all digital activities contribute effectively to business objectives and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign coordination and execution/Tracking and data management
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and marketplaces.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and approvals with internal teams and external agencies.
- Create and optimize landing pages to support campaigns, product launches and lead generation activities.
- Support the setup and management of tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels
- Manage and monitor data flows and automations (including Zapier)
- Support cookie and consent management activities in line with GDPR requirements
Performance Analysis and reporting/Seo & Geo
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs, using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and platform-native dashboards.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses and translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) best practices to maximise brand visibility in AI-powered search environments (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably with experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and teams.
Technical Skills:
- Google - Meta - Linkedin Ads
- Marketplace advertising platforms
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics and digital reporting tools
- Experience managing external agencies and media partners. Previous experience working within a digital marketing, media, or communication agency is highly desirable.
- Fluent English; additional languages are considered a plus.
What we Offer:

Annual Base Salary (RAL): €35,000–€40,000; Level: B2; Welfare and benefits package
The final compensation package (including base salary and potential variable incentives) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.
