Job Purpose
CNH Driveline is reinforcing the focus to excellence in AG/CE Mechanical Transmissions (Driveline/Axle).
In this spirit, we are looking for a talented engineer , expected to be referent for driveline NVH AND DYNAMICS
The position is requiring involvement into different family of product, through activities covering from design to support product manufacturability and testing
Key Responsibilities
Perform system analysis and design of driveline components (gears, bearings, splines, and shafts).
Perform system-level durability simulation and optimization.
Perform system-level dynamic and NVH analysis.
Manage all NVH activities related to tractor transmissions.
Develop advanced NVH methods and tools, and integrate them into the transmission product development (PD) process.
Build and consolidate deep technical expertise in CNH transmission systems.
Contribute to technical feasibility studies and concept design of mechanical transmission components.
Analyze field data to define new transmission load spectra.
Drive the standardization of simulation methods across EMEA, NAR, and APCA plants.
Ensure consistency between virtual and physical results, advancing the shift toward a virtual-first approach.
Conduct design optimization to meet platform requirements, for both new products and products already on the market.
Work closely with the Testing department to ensure correct test conditions and to carry out simulation and correlation activities.
Ensure proper documentation of the technical data generated throughout the simulation phases, in line with engineering policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively and provide recommendations through the analysis, preparation, and presentation of technical data to the extended team.
Share engineering knowledge and promote open, cross-functional dialogue
Experience Required
Master/Phd degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Min 3-4 years of working experience on transmission simulation
Good level English, written and oral.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems (CREO)
Office
Simulation software: mainly KISSSOFT/KISSSYS ; AMESIM; TRANSMISSION 3d, dynamic software, NVH software
Preferred Qualifications
Master/Phd degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is 39.000 - 52.000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
