Seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Analyst with 5+ years of experience in ERP systems, supply chain processes, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting, optimizing, and enhancing supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, production, planning, and logistics.
The analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, supporting system implementations, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous process improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis & Business Support

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from supply chain stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.

Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Recommend best practices and process improvements utilizing standard Dynamics 365 functionality.
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

Configure and support Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including:

Procurement and Sourcing
-
Inventory Management
-
Master Planning
-
Product Information Management (PIM)
-
Production Control
-
Sales and Distribution
-
Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments.

Maintain system configuration documentation and process flows.
Project Delivery
-
Participate in Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.

Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-
Collaborate with developers, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions.

Assist with data migration, validation, and cutover activities.
User Training & Support

Provide Level 1/Level 2 application support for Dynamics 365 users.

Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
Qualifiche
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or ERP Analyst.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain
-
Management (formerly Dynamics AX): experience supporting end-to-end supply chain processes within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Retail is a plus

Understanding of supply chain processes including (Procurement, demand and production Planning, Logistics and Distribution)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of English

SQL understanding is a plus
Informazioni aggiuntive
We offer a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours (start time between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and finish time between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM).
The package includes CCNL textile-industry with a salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, €8 daily meal vouchers, a corporate welfare program, and the possibility to work remotely two days per week.
