ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to lead in the commercial expansion and closing strategic enterprise-level opportunities. This is a Highly autonomous role with direct responsibility for building pipeline, managing strategic accounts, and closing enterprise SaaS opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines a strong "hunter" instinct, discipline in maintaining CRM hygiene, credibility in the manufacturing sector, and multi-year experience closing complex SaaS sales cycles.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and strategic stakeholders.
- Contractual Framework: Employment Contract.
- Annual quota: €1.5–2.0M ARR.
- Compensation: Base salary: €75,000, Target OTE: €200,000+ with Uncapped commission, Accelerators for overachievement and Equity participation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Development and Pipeline Generation
- Proactively develop new enterprise opportunities across Europe with an initial focus on DACH, Benelux, Nordics, UK, and multinational manufacturing accounts.
- Identify high-value opportunities aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (Plant Management, Operations, Manufacturing Excellence).
- Generate pipeline independently through strategic outbound, executive-level networking, referrals, industry events, and partner relationships.
- Execute account-based selling strategies targeting top brands in the manufacturing sector.
2. Enterprise Opportunity Management and Closing
- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle (typically 6 to 12 months), from initial engagement (prospecting) through negotiation and contract signing.
- Navigate complex decision-making processes involving multiple executive stakeholders (COO, CIO, VP Operations, Digital Transformation).
- Sell operational business value, demonstrating with clear metrics how AI-based systems reduce downtime and increase ROI.
- Structure and convert pilot projects / Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) into long-term, multi-plant SaaS subscriptions.
3. Operational Management and Internal Collaboration
- Maintain a qualified pipeline consistently aligned with revenue (ARR) targets.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up, careful opportunity qualification, and flawless, up-to-date CRM management (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with Product and Delivery teams to align clients' technical needs with platform capabilities.
- Consistently provide "field" feedback to corporate leadership on market reactions, competitive moves, and customer objections.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Proven record closing enterprise SaaS opportunities valued €100K–€1M+.
- Pure hunter DNA with a proven ability to generate pipeline autonomously, without relying solely on marketing-generated leads.
- Ideal experience includes selling into manufacturing sectors such as Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, and Discrete Manufacturing.
- Experience in selling Manufacturing SaaS, MES, Industrial IoT, Digital Manufacturing, Industrial AI and Enterprise Software
Skills and Languages
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. Knowledge of German is a very strong plus. Additional European languages are an advantage.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to lead complex negotiations with C-Level executives.
- Mastery of value-based enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 12 MONTHS)
- Build a qualified pipeline exceeding €1M ARR.
- Win 3–5 qualified pilot projects (Paid PoCs) with target accounts.
- Close 1–2 multi-year SaaS contracts (Lighthouse Customers) in the European market.
- Successfully convert at least one pilot project into a multi-plant subscription agreement.
- Become the trusted advisor for Europe's largest manufacturers
