WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HYBRID & MULTICLOUD ARCHITECT
Within the Group IT Department, the Hybrid & Multicloud Architect will play a key role in defining and driving the Group cloud strategy, enabling the adoption of secure, scalable and resilient hybrid and multicloud solutions across the organization.
The position will support the integration of on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring alignment between technology strategies and business objectives while fostering innovation, agility, and operational efficiency.
Key Activities:
Design and architect hybrid and multicloud solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
Lead cloud migration initiatives from a Group perspective, including assessment, planning, execution and optimization.
Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud architectures support application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance cloud capabilities.
Ensure cost-effective cloud usage through optimization and monitoring tools.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operations teams.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cloud service agreements.
Maintain documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
Key Requirements:
Master’s degree in Information Security, IT or related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture roles.
Experience supporting security maturity programs across multiple business units or regions
Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders across IT and business functions
High level of personal integrity and strong judgement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skilled in stakeholder management across business and technology functions
Strong presentation and communication skills
Fluency in English is required. Italian or Dutch is considered an advantage.
Able to prioritise and drive structured execution across multiple stakeholders
Flexible and able to guide others through change
Nice to Have:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks (optional but beneficial)

What We Offer:
We offer a permanent full-time contract, governed by the Energy and Petroleum Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Energia e Petrolio) and company supplementary agreements, within the employee category defined by the collective agreement.
The compensation package is expected to range between approximately €55,000 and €60,000 gross annual salary, depending on the candidate’s professional experience and competencies.
