We are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator who can support the delivery of websites, digital platforms, marketing campaigns and internal technology initiatives. You will coordinate timelines, organise project documentation and ensure that clients and internal teams remain aligned throughout each stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Support the creation of project schedules, task lists, delivery milestones and resource plans.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate daily activities between designers, developers, marketing specialists, clients and external service providers.
Progress Monitoring:
Track deadlines, deliverables and project dependencies. Identify delays early and help the team resolve issues before they affect delivery.
Client Communication:
Prepare project updates, organise meetings and communicate next steps clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, meeting notes, action logs, status reports and approval documents.
Quality Support:
Help verify that completed work matches agreed requirements before it is submitted for client review or final release.
Risk Management:
Identify potential scheduling, communication or delivery risks and escalate them to the project manager when necessary.
Budget Tracking:
Assist with monitoring project hours, supplier costs and approved spending against the project budget.
Process Improvement:
Recommend practical improvements to project workflows, communication methods and reporting templates.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in digital project coordination, project administration, marketing operations, technology services or a related role.
Project Skills:
You can organise multiple tasks, maintain accurate schedules and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Tooling:
Experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms is preferred.
Communication Skills:
You can communicate clearly with clients, technical teams and non technical stakeholders. You are comfortable writing project updates and leading routine progress meetings.
Digital Knowledge:
A practical understanding of website development, digital marketing, software delivery or online business operations is desirable.
Language Skills:
Italian at professional working proficiency is required. English at B2 level or higher is preferred for documentation and communication with international clients.
Education:
A degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
