We're seeking a Consultant with a passion for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and the innovative OneStream platform. This role offers a rare opportunity to learn and grow on the job, collaborating with seasoned experts to support, optimise, and enhance OneStream applications for inlumi's top tier Italian and global clients. Responsibilities

Play a key role in the daily management of OneStream applications supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
Provide essential assistance in troubleshooting both functional and technical issues to ensure seamless user experience.
Contribute to the creation of clear documentation, user training materials, and actively engage in projects driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams and users to gather insights and transform requirements into effective, functional solutions.
Assist in configuring and customizing the OneStream platform to meet evolving business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest and foundational understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and key business processes such as financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation.
Demonstrable experience owning deliverables and working independently to tight deadlines in a high-performing team.
Strong experience in C#, VB.NET and SQL, with the ability to develop, optimize, and maintain efficient code using solid object-oriented programming principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in both English and Italian.

Basic financial knowledge of consolidated financial statements and/or FP&A and controlling is appreciated.
