You will become part of an interdisciplinary, international and dynamic team that manage financial and administrative tasks in a Company organized by projects (organizzazione di lavoro “su commessa”).
Responsibilities
- Managing monthly closing activities on a timely basis;
- Managing preparation of a Reporting Package in accordance with Group instructions and deadlines;
- Cooperating preparation of forecast documentation to the Group following Group deadlines;
- Supporting internal reporting both to the CFO and to the Management Committee;
- Ensuring proactive relationship with controlling and with finance departments of other Group companies;
- Checking and analyzing data to solve accounting discrepancies.
Key requirements
- At least 5/7 years of previous experience in the role within international and organized Group;
- Previous experience in managing monthly closing activities and in preparing a Reporting Package;
- Deep knowledge of Financial Statement preparation (including Consolidated figures), reporting and analysis;
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- Proved experience in team working;
- Strong capability to directly dialogue with internal and external customers.
Preferential requirements
- Previous experience within an auditing firm;
- Strong attitude to manage activities by level of priority;
- Strong attitude to coordinate and to train colleagues, and to share knowledge with everybody in the team;
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion.
Additional Information
Education: Master’s degree in Economics or similar.
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.
Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
Compensation package
Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)
Italian National Metalworkers’ Collective Labour Agreement.
Base Salary (RAL)
The gross annual base salary offered for this position will be no less than € 36.000,00.
Final Compensation
The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, competencies and qualifications, and on the applicable role level, in line with the company’s internal compensation framework. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above.
Variable Compensation
Eligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
