The role will be part of the SAP Factory function, within the Digital Technology team, supporting all the department in Avio Aero. The SAP Factory manages following environments: SAP ECC, SAP 4 HANA, SAP EWM, SAC - SAP Analytic Cloud, SAP BTP - Business Technology Platform, SAP PI, SAP Risk & Governance system and Interfaces from and to SAP.
You will focus on ongoing management and maintenance of Avio Aero’s SAP Supply Chain modules like Material Management, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, transportations and Interfaces (ThemaSpazio, Talend, SAP PO and others) from and to the SAP system using connections type like: RFC, WebServices, IDOC, SFTP and ensuring business continuity, capacity management, incident response, AMS suppliers management and governance on minor and major SAP developments of this area.
Essential Responsibilities:
Execute day to day application maintenance, processing and user support
Govern and coordinate AMS suppliers in the SAP MM, SD and Interfaces from and to the SAP environment
Supervision of quality and compliance with SLA in AMS contracts
Supervise internal and external audits on SAP landscape, including SOX, CMMC, NIST 2 and other legal or business requirements
Collaborate with SAP teams on the other SAP modules like: FI, CO, TS, PS, PM, QM, PP, eWM, WM, and systems like BTP, SAP Analytic Cloud and Integrated platforms
Collaborate with the business, key users and digital demand teams to collect and formalize requirements
Promote and support the adoption of standard interface solution among SAP environments and other internal/external applications
Coordinate and support the testing, release and documentation phases of the implemented solutions
Ensure compliance with business processes and IT policies
Support project initiatives on platform innovation, migration to SAP S/4HANA and the evolution of the ERP landscape leveraging emerging solution and AI capabilities
Proactively plan for upcoming changes
Build strong team relationships and collaboration with multiple stakeholders including business, support teams, vendors, and end users
Manage and drive relationship with suppliers reviewing innovative ideas and improving resolution, by reducing the need to escalate to vendors
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or STEM subjects
Significant experience in Supply Chain Environment
Relevant experience on SAP Supply Chain, Materials, Sourcing or Sales & Distribution management
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Understand technical standards & concepts to apply to project work
Open-mindedly to new perspectives or ideas. Consider different or unusual solutions when appropriate
Ability to collaborate
Fluent in Italian and English language
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Salary range for this role: 41,250.00 - 55,000.00 euro + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
