Business Travel Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate travel data to develop, maintain and improve dashboards and regular reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement of the travel program.
- Monitor TMC reservation activities and booking behavior.
- Ensure compliance with the corporate travel policy and identify deviations when required.
- Support the tracking of travel-related KPIs.
- Assist in monitoring travel budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the Travel Manager during contract negotiations with travel-related vendors.
- Perform ad hoc vendor analyses to support sourcing and renewal decisions.
- Create and manage Concur profiles for employees.
- Train new hires on travel tools and processes.
- Provide day-to-day support to travelers regarding the online booking tool and travel-related questions.
- Control and support the reconciliation of invoices from the TMC and other travel service providers.
- Monitor and validate AirPlus bills related to corporate travel expenses.
- Draft official invitation letters for group guests.
- Provide letters of introduction for employees requiring business visas.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Provide timely, complete and accurate responses to traveler questions and inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience
Proficiency in English; French and Italian are considered strong assets.- Proficiency in data extraction, analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with travel management and expense reporting systems.
- Experience with Concur, AirPlus or similar corporate travel tools is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a corporate environment.

The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).
The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
