Engineering Operations & Program Management Support
Job location: Turin area
Salary range: 28000 E - 32000 E
Role Overview:
The selected resource will join our Aerospace division to support our Customer’s Eng Ops & Program Management department, providing engineering and managerial assistance to the Customer in project planning, budget management, monitoring the state of the art of plans and outcomes, and reporting for operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring of activities and Eng Ops deliverables
- Project planning alignment and update
- Periodic Program budgeting report preparation
- Monitoring Actuals vs Quotations
- Module Leaders, System Engineers & Sub-Section Managers Coordination for planning purpose
Work Experience
- MS Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar;
- Coordination skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with organizational goals;
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program budgeting, highlighting key areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities;
- Advanced in MS Suite, especially in Excel with the ability to develop macros and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in data analysis.
