Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours while aligning with company strategies for quality, efficiency, cost, and safety. You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle times, equipment performance, and material/component availability to support production objectives.
You will also leverage your expertise to define the sequence of operational steps for new manufacturing processes, ensuring that product cost targets and equipment investment budgets are achieved.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities, and implementing improvement projects while ensuring compliance with timelines, quality requirements, and cost targets.
Approving process designs developed internally or externally, and performing final project-related testing.
Providing support to Production during the startup of internal and external processes and equipment, defining action plans, and training relevant personnel in maintenance and production activities.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency; defining and leading testing activities, establishing approval criteria, and selecting external suppliers.
Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
You have a good working knowledge of SolidWorks and/or 3D design software.
You possess excellent proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
You are familiar with SAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and FlexSim.
You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1-C2 level).
You are motivated and interested in working in a dynamic and complex environment.
You demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn, along with strong problem-solving, relationship-building, teamwork, and communication skills, combined with an innovative mindset.
Compensation Package

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
Minimum annual salary: € 36.000,00
Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
