The Accounting Specialist will operate within a multinational and fast-evolving environment, the role will work closely with local and global Finance teams, supporting period-end closing activities and contributing to the continuous enhancement of accounting processes through digital transformation, innovation and operational excellence.

The Accounting Specialist will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for
- General Ledger accounting

Fixed Assets accounting

Balance sheet reconciliations
ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely financial reporting.
Requisiti di posizione:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for complex and multinational matrix organization companies

Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations

Proven experience in Fixed Assets accounting and depreciation processes

Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is considered a plus.

Experience supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

Advanced in English (frequent interaction with global teams and international stakeholders), Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Onestream)

Strong analytical capabilities and ability to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity n (attention to detail)
Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify issues and implement effective solutions
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a continuously changing business environment
Strong interest in digital transformation, process automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence solutions within Finance processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both local and international stakeholders
We offer a gross annual salary starting from €31.800, commensurate with the candidate’s actual professional experience, in addition to variable compensation and a company welfare plan.
