As a Global Front End Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for
Contributing to drive cross commodity and business oriented initiatives to streamline business processes and standards
Capturing of COQ (Cost of Quality) and VR (Vendor Recovery)
Drive a supplier strategy governance to align expectations and capacity on qualification activities serving deflation projects and cost out activities.

Acting as a specialized escalation resource for critical, cross-plant supplier quality issues, providing flexible, on-demand leadership and applying advanced problem-solving methodologies to resolve high-impact supply disruptions
Driving improvement initiatives to top offender suppliers on a global scale to reduce the number of disturbances/nonconformances to BH facilities
Being the project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (engineering degree as a matter of preference)
At least 8-10 years of experience, thereof minimum of 2-3 additional years of experience covering Quality Roles. (previous expertise in oil & gas/automotive business as a plus).
Fluent English mandatory
Project Management experience
Experience with QA/QC tools and problem-solving techniques.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time).
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Own a significant experience in one or more of the following industrial areas: raw material, machined parts, engineered systems.
Have a data driven mindset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
