Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform in qualità di Manager, avrai la responsabilità end-to-end di programmi di Finance Digital Transformation sulla solution Microsoft, con focus su Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, guidando team, clienti e commesse in contesti complessi e multinazionali.
Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:
Guidare programmi di trasformazione Finance su Dynamics 365 Business Central, dalla strategia di delivery al go-live e oltre
Definire con i clienti la visione dei processi target e la roadmap di trasformazione, garantendo coerenza con gli obiettivi di business
Presiedere la governance del programma (piano, rischi, budget, reporting), guidando steering committee e momenti decisionali chiave
Costruire relazioni dirette con stakeholder C-level, ponendoti come riferimento strategico per il cliente
Gestire la responsabilità economica delle commesse: budget, forecast e marginalità
Gestire e far crescere il team, con responsabilità di people management: obiettivi, valutazione delle performance e piani di sviluppo

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:
Hai maturato esperienza su progetti Dynamics 365 Business Central o soluzioni ERP Finance, con un percorso che ti ha portato a ruoli di responsabilità manageriale
Hai guidato in autonomia programmi complessi sui principali moduli Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
Hai esperienza nella gestione di stakeholder C-level e nella costruzione di partnership strategiche
Hai esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo di team, con responsabilità di people management
Parli fluentemente inglese e lavori con efficacia in contesti internazionali, anche multi-country
Sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all'estero, in base alle esigenze progettuali

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 38.000 e € 51.000 per la qualifica di Assistant Manager e tra € 52.000 e € 65.000 per la qualifica di Manager, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

Joining the Enterprise Platform Team as a Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for Finance Digital Transformation programs on the Microsoft solution, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, leading teams, clients, and engagements in complex, multinational contexts.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead Finance transformation programs on Dynamics 365 Business Central, from delivery strategy through to go-live and beyond
- Define, together with clients, the vision for target processes and the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee program governance (plan, risks, budget, reporting), leading steering committees and key decision-making moments
- Build direct relationships with C-level stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic point of reference for the client
- Manage the financial responsibility of engagements: budget, forecast, and margin
- Manage and develop the team, with direct people management responsibilities: objectives, performance evaluation, and development plans

- You have gained experience on Dynamics 365 Business Central projects or ERP Finance solutions, on a career path that has led you into roles of managerial responsibility
- You have independently led complex programs across the main Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
- You have experience managing C-level stakeholders and building strategic partnerships
- You have experience managing and developing teams, with people management responsibilities
- You are fluent in English and work effectively in international, multi-country contexts
- You are available to travel within Italy and abroad, according to project needs

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €38,000 to €51,000 for the Assistant Manager position and from €52,000 to €65,000 for the Manager position. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate's skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
