The role will support the preservation, organization and enhancement of Vibram's corporate heritage, ensuring that historical assets become a valuable resource for culture, communication, education and innovation.
You will work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to share the legacy of a brand that has shaped the world of outdoor, performance and design.
Reporting to the Heritage & Special Projects Coordinator, this role will contribute to the management of physical and digital archives, historical research activities, heritage projects, exhibitions, events, and storytelling initiatives aimed at internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Archive Management & Preservation

Manage, organize, catalogue, and maintain physical and digital archival collections.

Ensure accurate documentation, classification, and preservation of historical materials.

Support the digitization of archival assets, documents, images, and multimedia content.

Maintain archive databases and digital asset management systems, ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility of information.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of archival processes and standards.
Heritage Research & Content Development

Conduct historical research related to Vibram's products, technologies, milestones, people, and projects.

Gather, analyze, and organize information from archival sources to support internal and external initiatives.

Collaborate in the creation of heritage-related content, presentations, editorial materials, and storytelling assets.

Support the development of narratives that communicate the company's identity, values, and history.
Projects, Events & Exhibitions

Support the planning and execution of heritage projects, exhibitions, events, and cultural initiatives.

Assist in the preparation of materials, documentation, and content for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communication, Product, Innovation, and external partners.

Contribute to special projects aimed at promoting and enhancing Vibram's heritage worldwide.
Stakeholder Support

Provide archival and historical research support to internal teams, journalists, students, partners, customers, and brand collaborators.

Ensure timely and accurate responses to information requests related to the company's heritage and historical collections.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Archival Studies, Cultural Heritage, History, Museum Studies, Humanities, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in archive management, cultural heritage, museums, corporate archives, foundations, or related environments.
- Experience in cataloguing, digitization, and preservation of archival collections.
- Experience with Canto or similar systems is highly appreciated.

Strong research and information management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- English proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for outdoor culture, mountains, design, innovation, product heritage and brand storytelling.
Availability for national and international business trips.
