About the Role:
Bari is becoming an increasingly important centre for technology and digital services in Southern Italy, and at Yildiz Celenk Digital Solutions Italia, we help organisations deliver practical and reliable technology projects.
We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator who can support the planning, organisation and delivery of digital and technology initiatives. You will coordinate project schedules, communicate with internal teams and clients, track progress and help ensure that projects are completed according to agreed requirements.
This is a mid level position suited to someone who is organised, technically aware and comfortable working with developers, business teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Support the preparation of project plans, schedules, task lists and delivery milestones. Help ensure that project objectives, responsibilities and deadlines are clearly documented.
Progress Tracking:
Monitor project activities and provide regular updates on progress, outstanding actions, risks and dependencies.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate meetings between technical teams, business departments, suppliers and clients. Ensure that responsibilities and next steps are understood by all participants.
Documentation:
Prepare meeting notes, project reports, status updates, process documents and other project-related materials.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential delays, resource concerns and delivery risks. Escalate significant issues to the Project Manager or relevant stakeholder.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Provide clear and accurate information about project status, timelines and requirements.
Quality Support:
Assist with testing coordination, implementation planning and project handover activities to ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
Budget and Resource Support:
Help track project expenses, supplier activities and resource requirements while ensuring that project information remains accurate and up to date.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination, digital project delivery, business operations or a similar technology-focused position.
Project Knowledge:
A practical understanding of project planning, task management, risk tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication.
Technical Awareness:
General knowledge of software development, business systems, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
Tooling:
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Organisation:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, meetings and project priorities.
Communication Skills:
Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language Skills:
Professional Italian is required. Working English is preferred for technical documentation and communication with international partners.
