Extracurricular Internship in After Sales Process Management
Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Management/Administration or related fields?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our After Sales Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
Analysis and mapping of existing After Sales service processes
Review and optimization of procedures related to main Service activities
Definition and standardization of operational workflows
Drafting and updating of official Service procedures and documentation
Support in continuous improvement initiatives within the After Sales area
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Management/Administration or related fields (please note that no thesis project is foreseen for this opportunity)
Strong analytical skills

Good communication skills
