We are looking for an: Administrative and Accounting Clerk
Purpose and General Features
The selected candidate will join the Administration and Finance Department and will handle all accounting and administrative activities: general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, vendor management, reporting, and bookkeeping. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing analyses to support business decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in maintaining the chart of accounts and sub-accounts;
- Perform accounting entries as well as labor cost entries;
- Interface with the external accounting firm for recording accounts payable invoices and issuing accounts receivable invoices;
- Perform bank reconciliations;
- Support the external accounting firm with tax compliance regarding VAT liquidation;
- Organize all requirements related to financial accounting maintenance;
- Manage and monitor the company's compliance with tax regulations;
- Ensure timely data extraction for the correct preparation of financial statements;
- Handle the archiving of accounting data;
- Monitor and report on the company's monthly expenditures.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, within structured and international corporate environments;
- Proficiency in using management software and IT tools;
- Degree in Economics or related fields;
- In-depth knowledge of tax and accounting regulations;
- Strong skills in data analysis and the use of advanced reporting tools.

What We Offer
- Salary (Gross Annual Salary / RAL) 35000 - 45000 (Based on Experience)
