TRAVELLING HOTEL ASSET:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Acting as the link between the shoreside Quality & Assurance team and the onboard team, you will monitor the status and standards of all guest and crew areas and assess the feasibility and execution of new projects, from refurbishments to new venues, ensuring Company standards are always met.
Monitor maintenance performance, identify criticalities and drive continuous improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with Company standards across hotel, public and crew areas, safeguarding guest and crew experience.
Coordinate maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and according to safety and quality requirements.
Foster collaboration between onboard and shoreside teams, promoting Company Values, operational excellence and a culture of continuous feedback.
Support the planning and preparation of job lists for maintenance, repair and transformation works, as well as the organization of the ship’s Dry Docks
WHO YOU ARE
You bring solid technical expertise, ownership and the ability to create impact in complex, multicultural and fast-paced environments.
Required
Degree in Marine Technology, Engineering or Nautical Architecture & Design
Solid experience in maintenance governance, project management and construction management
Knowledge of material science and applications, and of techniques of construction
Strong competencies in data analysis, budgeting & cost control and effective communication
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Autocad and Adobe
Knowledge of Italian and English at C1 level
Knowledge of a third language among French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin (at least B2 level)
Nice to have
Background in cruise, hospitality or similar industries managing refurbishment projects and Dry Docks
